§ Commercial Companies Law
The issues:
- establishing and registrating of commercial law companies starting from preparation of the acts of incorporation (Articles of association) through comprehensive registry proceedings, including participation of foreign entities,
- implementation during the registration proceedings in the National Court Register current changes in the structures of the companies,
- representation on shareholders meetings and legal support of the company’s bodies,
- proceedings from the scope of tax evasion and declaring the invalidity of the shareholders ' resolutions,

- we prepare all documents related to employment relationship,

§ Public Procurement Law

- assisstance in preparation of tender documents,
- assisstance in conducting public contract awarding procedure,

§ Pre-court Debt Collection
At the pre-trial stage, we take action in the following areas:
- checking, veryfing and confirming debtor's data on the basis of the current extract from the business register, data from of The Polish Central Statistical Office, the National Court Register, etc.,
- notyfing debtor to pay,
- obtaining written debt acknowledgment by the debtor.
§ Debt – Collection Enforcement by Court Enforcement Officer
The issues:
- summoning to conciliation hearing,
- issuing a claim for payment,
- obtainig a court ruling for payment or order for payment,
- granting enforcement clauses to the writs of execution,
- commencing enforcement proceedings,
- drawing up a legal suit for the recognition as an innefective legal action harmful to the creditors made by debtor (called Actio Pauliana),
- drawing up oath of disclosure motion,
- drawing up to competent court motion for granting an enforcement clause against spouse of the debtor.
